Will a man ever love me?

I am on steroids for the rest of my life, due to an adrenal illness, and it has given me a belly…a sort of beer belly, that doesn’t fit with my slim hips and arms and legs. I don’t believe I would attract men who like thin women, but I also am not built like the fat women that some men appreciate. I feel like I’m an alien who fits nowhere.
My only hope, as I see it, is that I am 60, and maybe an older man could love me as a companion and for who I am. I would like to know if there are any men who like ‘apples’, rather than ‘pears’?
