BT Vision users: Currently unavailable programme, on demand, but the programme only recently appeared. Anyone had this problem before, or know what the problem is?

I have had one or two programmes do this, and they never worked! However those programmes had been listed for a very long time – and this one has only recently appeared.

Will it start working soon, or is it a problem? Every other programme works, except the one I want to watch! Any advice would be helpful.
