Any new information on the 2010 season of Whale Wars?

Last season was awesome, but I’ve been waiting for some new episodes. There was some controversy about the Sea Shepards attacking the Japanese whalers after they were ordered not to. Does anyone have any new information about the upcoming season, if in fact there will be one?
