Does "morning" begin at 1am or 5am?

I’ve listened to multiple schools of thought on this. For some, morning is everything from 1am to noon. For others, it starts at sunrise/dawn or perhaps at 5am. It seems that everyone agrees on when the morning ends (at noon), but there doesn’t seem to be agreement on when it begins.
When does morning start, in your opinion?
