What is wrong with my headphone jack?

I think I have a problem with my laptop. My headphone jack doesn’t like headphones!

When I put my headphones into the jack, they stay. At least, as long as I keep pressure on them. As soon as I let go, it pops out instantly, and my computer switches back to main speaker sound.

I have tried using 3 different pairs of headphones, and all of them have the same problems. Please help, I have really nice headphones, but my laptop is a meany :(
