What would be a good outfit?

in about two to four weeks I will be seeing my man, I have all kinds of nice things to wear, but I want to look espeically nice. I don’t know weather to go with my only pair of skinny jeans, my black boots and my favorite top or with a mini skirt and spaghetti strap shirt. Any suggestions?
