How much do you tip the pizza guy?

In all the tipping guides I’ve seen I’ve never seen the pizza guy mentioned. Maybe I’m not looking hard enough. Is it a percentage or a set amount? I realized one day I was giving the pizza guy about three bucks, and that’s what I’ve always given them. Then I though, that probably used to be twenty percent of a pizza order, now it’s less and I should be tipping more.
