What do Harley riders do when their bike has a flat tire on the interstate or rural area?

This is actually a question from my wife. when a man or woman or both go on long vacation trips on their bikes and they have a flat tire, what happens? a bike is not like an automobile with a spare in the trunk, so how is a flat tire handled on a Harley?
