Should I go to film school?

I have a degree in Business but I love making short videos, especially experimental videos. In the near future I’d like to direct and produce films but I don’t know if joining film school is a good idea and if they will accept someone who doesn’t have a filmmaking degree. I’d also like to know if I should either go to an American or European film school, I have a closer attachment to European films.
