[NSFW] Would the movie "The Human Centipede" violate indecency laws?

The basic plot of this movie is that a crazy German surgeon kidnaps three tourists and joins them via the gastric system which he accomplishes by sewing one’s mouth to another’s anus. The procedure is “successful” though I personally would not call anything like that a “success” and a good portion of the movie shows the result. Since indecency covers both sexuality and excremental organs as well as excrement, would this movie violate indecency laws?
