Is it difficult to find friends in college who enjoy memorizing information for fun, not only when they have to study for an exam?

I am a 24 year old Russian girl living in New York. I’m a full time undergrad student at Hunter College, majoring in Psychology. I have many different interests outside of school, including literature, travel, animals, music, painting, and yoga. That’s why its hard for me to make friends in college. I think its sad that many students are not interested in learning new things, and only memorize information when they have an upcoming exam. I am looking for a boyfriend, but a lot of guys in my classes only care about sex, parties, and drinking. How can I find a boyfriend with whom I could have a stimulating conversation about my interests?
