Should I buy ZUNE HD?

Hi,
I am thinking about buying ZUNE HD…
I have been interested in this device for a quite a while but as an owner of iphone and ipod touch I couldn’t spend another $200 on similar device…now I got rid of my ipod touch and looking to get new mp3 player and ZUNE HD is what I interested in the most
My main use of ZUNE will be listening to music but I am little worry about lack of application out there for ZUNE
so my question to you guys are:
1) how’s the music quality vs ipod touch??
2) is lacking apps bothering you??if so how bad??
3) anyone who have/had ipod touch would like this device?
4) do I have to sign up for that $15 monthly subscription to enjoy this device?? FYI) I listen to non-English musics a lot so don’t really need to download musics from them…
5) Does apps/movies/tv shows offered in marketplace depends on the location like itunes??

If you have any advice or opinion on ZUNE HD I would appreciate that as well
