I really have issues with people at work asking me how what i did on the weekend and what's my plan for the weekend at work...

It just gets boring after a while and seems like they just ask it for the sake of being polite or to have something to talk about..Strictly I want to keep my work and private life seperate…... As far as I am concerned what you do outside work is your business…Their questions also make me feel like something wrong with me if i happen to have no specific plans… I hate when people at work have a fear of silence and then endup just asking weird random questions for the sake of “being polite” Why can’t they just ask… how are you today? How do you people feel?
