Credit card with the best cash back?

Anyone know of a credit card with good cash back and/or other good incentive?
I’m still a student so money put on the card will be dining out, bars, grocery store, gas, and buying miscellaneous stuff online.

Right now I’m debating between:
Chase Freedom
-5% cash back in “popular categories”
-Right now “popular categories” is gas, department stores, and home improvement. I really don’t shop much at department stores or HI though.

Capitol One
-3% on gas and grocery
-Seems to be a lot of different banks offering same thing
