Is there a way to use your cell phone on landline phones?

We’re thinking of eliminating our land line to save money and just use our cell phones. However, I’m worried about not hearing my cell phone ring in our 3 story house. I seem to remember hearing that it’s possible to set things up so when a call comes in on my cell, my cordless phones in the house will ring & can be answered. Am I crazy or is this possible? I don’t want to spend a bunch of money on more gadgets in the house to make it happen (especially since new technology never seems to work for me at first) so if there’s an inexpensive method to do this, I’d love to know about it!
