Best way to organize a yarn monster?

I’ve been gifted about 20k yards of yarn- woo hoo!
Now, where the hell do I put all of it? How should I organize it?
We have a reasonably good-sized one bedroom but we’re low on floor space and our walls can’t be drilled into (plaster and lathe construction mostly) so how would you store all this yarn? How would you organize it?
