When does it become harassment?

I get off work about the same time the bars close. I don’t drink. I have been pulled over 4 times in the last two weeks by the same patrolman. I have gotten off with warning tickets or verbal warnings each time. Had to do sobriety tests the first time.

I was pulled over once for weaving in my lane when I swerved to avoid some debris. Once for going 47 in a 45, once for failure to dim my already dimmed lights. The last time was a rolling sobriety checkpoint.

When does it stop being doing his job and start being a power trip?
