Is phlebotomy/EKG certification really only a 1-2 semester deal?

I looked into this last year, and for some reason I remember it being a longer process. Now, it looks as though I need to take a pre-req class over summer semester, and then phlebotomy/EKG next semester, and I’ll be CPCT. Am I reading it right? I would’ve bet my left arm it was longer, and of course the people at the county college I’m looking at are no help.
