Why won't my iTunes Store open?

This started a while ago today, it won’t let me go in to the home page. This little box appears as soon as I open iTunes.
I haven’t changed my preferences or moved anything in it.
I’ve already quit it and restarted it many times but nothing happens.
If it helps, I’m running iTunes 9.1.1 and OS X 10.6.3
