How do i find out where he grew up?

Alright, im not a stalker or a creeper. My friend bet me i could not find out her fathers hometown. I tried all these background checks and they all want to charge me money! I have his name, adress, wife’s name and the first letter of his middle name. And i’m not posting them here, sorry guys.
