How can I decide which school is best?

I am a transfer student from North Dakota State University. I am originally from Minnesota and I realized after spending a year at NDSU that it was not for me. It was too small town, and I didn’t like walking out of my dorm and smelling cows. Beautiful campus but not for me. I also wanted to come closer to home so I chose two different schools to apply to Winona State, and University of Minnesota twin cities. Both are incredibly different and now I find myself debating on which one I want to attend. Winona is small 8500 students NDSU was 14000 ish and that was something I enjoyed about the school however, the U is the 3rd largest school in the country approx 52,000 what I like about that is I feel like I would have more opportunities, and if I decide to go premed route it would be a good school to do my undergrad at. Both schools are decently close to my home so I like that, the U has better sororities which in the end doesn’t really matter but that was something I was interested in getting into….So my question: Obviously you cannot decide for me, but if any of you had to debate this how would decide or how did you decide? The first time I chose a college I picked it for a boy…this time I am picking it for me so this is really important. Just help me out, if you know anything about the schools that would help too.
