If you were suddenly transported to medieval Europe, how well could you survive?

You’re sitting at your computer when suddenly you and everything on your person is thrown through time, landing you somewhere in Europe in the middle of the 13th century. For the sake of the question, you can choose where you land as long as it’s within Europe.

How well would you survive, and how? Would you seek out civilization or would you become a recluse? Do you have any skills you could use without the aid of modern equipment?
