Back to the gall bladder. My relative has four tiny incisions; one of them is weeping. It has been 4 days since the surgery. Is that normal?

He is an impatient guy. However, he is not running a fever, and there is no redness, heat or swelling around the site. He still has the steri-strips, but keeps worrying them with his fingers. He is upset about the weeping. I need info to reassure him until he can call the nurse tomorrow. Any ideas?
