Can one be "prone" to cysts?

I’ve been reading a lot lately about the topic of PCOS, and it’s got me wondering…
If a woman has Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, is she more likely to have/develop other types of cysts? For example: milia, fibrocystic breasts, mucocele, Bartholin cyst, etc.? Is there some sort of genetic predisposition for this, or is it cause by behavior, diet, etc?
