When I click on a link from a Google search, instead of opening the page it searches different engines - what gives?

For instance, if I search “newborn” and click on the Wikipedia page for newborn, instead of opening wikipedia, the URL at the top of the page changes to
then changes to 2 other search-type URLs that I can’t even copy and paste because they change too fast, then ends on
http://ss23.4876_20612.asklots.com/jump2/?affiliate=ss23&subid=4876_20612&terms=newborn
What gives? Do I have a virus?
