What is your KEY 'catch phrase' that you use most often?

This may be colloquial or not but in general discussion, what phrase are you most likely to say. What phrase do you find that you tend to rely upon again and again and if you never noticed that you had such a habit, search yourself and think of something that you would habitually say for a certain given circumstance and do a bit of psych work on your verbal habits and post something and also state from what region of the world you are from. I’m not excluded as I have some catch phrases. These would be a series of words that you might exude during an apropos conversation.
