How do I cure my nasal spray addiction?

I am addicted to nasal spray. There was a day when there was a lot of vog, volcanic smog, and my nose clogged up. I used some nasal spray, and now something called “rebound congestion” is happening. Where the nose becomes more clogged than it was. It really sucks.
