A man stocks his man-made, small pond with fish. the fish have no place to go and are practically starved to death. the man charges an admission price for men, women and children to come inside and fish in his stocked fish pond. once a year, he conducts a fishing rodeo for a prize to the person with the most caught fish. should this be or could this be considered animal cruelty?
