How long do you wait in terms of dating to move in for a kiss?

I know there is no rule of course, I’m asking for you specifically if you are dating someone how long before you expect a kiss?(Also I’m not talking about a first-first kiss here.)

I was thinking a little touch on the lips kind of kiss, not a full on make out…right?

Or if you are the kisser when do you decide to move in? I guess that is more of a guy thing but hey girls should too! :D
