Bump in my lip and on my finger?

I’ve had a bump on the inside of my lower lip for about a year. I notice it every once in a while, so maybe it disappears and reappears at times, but I want to know if I can get rid of it. It blends in with the rest of my lip and I got it around the time I got my braces on. It hurt for the first week of getting my braces on, so I’m assuming it’s because of the braces and not a sore or cancer or any of that.

On my right hand, middle finger, I have another bump. I used to write weird in the 3rd grade and I guess the bump is like a blister, but it blends in with the rest of my finger. The pencil used to rub on that spot and one day in the third grade it started hurting and a bump formed. So it’s been there for about 5 or 6 years. I want to know if I can get rid of that too. (I’m 99% sure it’s not a wart)
