Have you ever been holding a grudge for a long time then you suddenly realize it's gone?

I carried a grudge for so long, against the “mean people” I went to school with years ago. I haven’t thought about it for a while but when faced with one of those people today, I realized my attitude had changed at some point. It’s a good feeling. =0)
