I need someone to make a telephone call for me?

I have a friend who is in a healthcare facility that I need to get in touch with. He has no phone in his room or a cellphone. They do allow calls via a cordless phone during the day. I need someone to get a message to him to call me. They know my voice and I can’t call him anymore via the cordless phone. Please help. I’m worried about him.
