What FedEx service is right for me?

I’m trying for the first time to get FedEx to pick up a package, but I’m absolutely baffled by all the different options. The package is 24×22 x 29 inches and weighs 29.2 pounds, and I’m shipping to somewhere in the continental USA (from the continental USA). After that, I’m really going for affordability more than anything else. Which service do I choose?
