What is your one comfort item?

You have been chosen to be a contestant on Survivor or a candidate for some other highly scientific study where you will be isolated on an island with a bunch of other hapless individuals and you are allowed to bring one “comfort” item with you. Food items are not allowed since you will be foraging for your own food but what “must have with you” item would you bring that will help you get through the 30+ days of pure boredom and isolation that you will be stuck out there?
