When the President vacations on Martha's Vineyard, what is the impact on the island?

Is there an impact on traffic? Is it all over the island or only in specific places? Where will the President be staying? Will there be a lot more tourists on the island because of this? How many? I assume there will be an excess amount of the press there. Will there be extra long lines driving into Woods Hole to get the ferry?
