As asked on Daily Show last night, is FOX news stupid, or evil?

First, you can see the bit Daily Show did last night on their website, it may be far more informative than anything I can give you.

Basically, yesterday on Fox and Friends (their morning show) they pointed out how the Imam behind the mosque near ground zero has shady financial backing by the leader of Kingdom Holding Co., a Saudi national who as they put it “has funded radical and extremist mosques worldwide.” Basically they say the guy backing the Imam is an evil guy who wants to bring down the US and install sharia law.

You may notice if you watch the Fox and Friends bit they manage to not mention this shady financial backers name, or show his picture. Well low and behold the mans name is Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, member of the Saudi royal family, and second largest share holder in News Corp (FOX NEWS) behind the Murdoch family (photos of Rupert and Alwaleed can be found quite easily). In other words, the leader of Kingdom Holding Co., the evil man who is providing apparently terrorist money to the Imam trying to build the Mosque near ground zero, the man none of us should trust (if you believe their fear ridden narrative) OWNS FOX NEWS (Or at least 2.6 billion dollars of it).

So the question is this, as posed on the Daily Show; Are Fox News and Fox and Friends really so evil that they HAD to have known Alwaleed was the leader of Kingdom Holdings Co. and left his name out intentionally because it would implicate them in their own scare-tactic propaganda…. Or are they REALLY just THAT incredibly stupid to implicate one of their own owners without researching him first?
