You're fortunate enough to be able to buy your very own private island, so what are you going to do with the place?

Both in terms of construction or the lack thereof & the possibilty of maybe hiring it out to friends or casual holidaymakers, for a profit of course. Would you leave the place relatively unspoilt as nature intended. All sun, sea, palm trees & so forth? Or would you customise the place to suit your requirements?
