Good shoe insert for leather shoes?

I recently bought a great pair of flats for work, but the leather insides make my feet all sweaty. Since these shoes are work shoes (in an office), I guarantee I’ll be wearing them all day every day. Is there something I can slip on the sole to avoid these shoes being sweaty and eventually smelling bad?
