What should I look out for when I am signing the papers on my new mortgage rate?

I always had a lawyer before. I don’t trust anyone. I read well but I remember feeling overwhelmed by signing so many papers. Papers written in legal language for the purpose of confusing non lawyers.
It’s the same bank and they have kept us waiting to close for a month. Suddenly they want to close next week.
