Can anyone recommend something to soothe the heels on my feet?

I’m one of those people with perpetually hard, cracked, ick looking heels. I get pedicures, they use the razor, my heels still look like crap. I practically saw layers off in the shower with a scrubby “foot wand” thing, followed with piling lotion on and cotton lotion socks, and they still look like crap. After all that though, they’re sore and still cracked on top of it all. Nothing I do seems to work anymore, and I want soft heels.

I have a hard time believing any of those miracle creams and such on TV actually work, but I’m willing to try anything at this point. Any suggestions?
