Pup's eyes won't open?

hi again..i my 6 week old pup is infested with ticks, so i bathe him in a flea/tick shampoo, and now hrs later he is still sleeping and when he woke up his eyes will not open and he keeps bumping into the furnitures also the areas around his eyes looks swollen, can anyone give me any advice? am just really freaking out.
