What's the weirdest thing you have ever eaten?

I’m talking about food people. What is the craziest thing you have eaten. Give details. I have eaten a Buffalo burger, and a sausage made from bear and alligator meat (I was at a Pow Wow). I have since become a vegetarian but I remember it was very tasty. What have you eaten?
