Is it okay to take a suitcase on a camping trip?

I am going to Sweden tomorrow and I don’t have a rucksack, so I have a middle sized suitcase, which fits in the canoe cause we are going to canoe from one place to another. my bag is more like this

it’s my first time camping so I have no clue.
