How short do you have to be to be considered a Midget ( I prefer Vertically Challenged)

What is the standard for this. I am Only 4’6 feet tall, and have been told I would be considered a midget, but I am proportioned normally, just small. I weigh about 80 pds, wear a size 2 shoe and am 32 years olds… Anyone know for sure?
