What to say...

I like this kid and he knows we always talk now and he can be gross and my sister always makes fun of him bc shed my twin. But still like I need something to say to him and I do all the flirting but I feel like just friends and I really hate that! I always miss talking to him but I never have anything to say…please some advice on guys!!
