What would you put on these shelves?

I have this set of shelves, it is approximately 5’ tall, 2’ wide and 1’ deep. Guesstimate. It is black metal (I’m not sure if it is actual wrought iron), but it has a wrought iron look with the scrolls and everything. The shelves on it are slatted, so I would be afraid to put anything fragile on it, or anything that might need to be balanced on a flat surface.

I used to keep shoes on it, because it is attractive and it matched my kitchen, so it was functional like that for a while. I’ve since redone my kitchen and have a new place for storing shoes, so I carried that rack up the stairs. I carried it by myself, and that sucker is heavy! And I never made it past the top of my steps with it. It now sits on the landing at the very top of my steps and I have really grown to like it right there. However, I don’t have a clue what to put on it. I feel silly having an empty set of shelves, but I can’t think of anything that would look nice and work since the shelves are slatted. I considered towels or blankets, but I just think that would look sloppy. Maybe I should just move the rack and give up? lol

Any thoughts?
