What is the name of the book that answers allegations by Holocaust deniers, and what is the author's name?

I know of one book written in the last few years, is there anything else? Are there any other known resources (i.e. websites, books, articles, documentaries) which address the issue directly (When I mean directly that is to say I am interested in direct responses to the allegations, and not general resources regarding the Holocaust)? Has anyone read the book? Do you have any comments? Thanks in advance.
