Are there any programs that allow you to configure more keys as modifier keys?

I would like for example to be able to press a+b to type my full name or email.

@nisse beat me to it. I use AutoHotkey daily. I’ve been using someone else’s computer for a couple of days (AutoHotkey-less), and it’s difficult to put up with. (I also miss my Tiddly Wiki, but that’s another story.)
