Painful, but should help avoid infection.

Mouthwash typically contains alcohol, which wouldn’t be bad for your wound at all. I’d take extra care washing off your toothbrush before the next use, though.

No alcohol, I guess part of my question is how much fluoride is how bad for you.

@Zyx You’ll be fine.

Toms of maine makes an excellent flouride free toothpaste and alcahol free mouthwash I use all the time, they are wonderful

The vast majority of toothpastes contain glycol, an ingredient also found in your cars anitfreeze. i would scratch this off my list.

The mouthwash is much more effective at reducing germs and bacteria. pour it on and wait to cry. then, you know its working.

Hydrogen Peroxide would be a much better choice.

How in the crape can a person stab themselves with a toothbrush?????

Food grade hydrogen peroxide is even better…..it can also be mixed 1 small capful to 1 cup water to help ease nausea with a stomach virus
