Vietnamese. It means literally “used in daily meals” which I would change to “eaten every day.”

I am interested in languages other than my own. So that helped me ID the quote as possibly Vietnamese.

Thus, when I went to Google translate, my first guess was Vietnamese. I was very pleased that I was right. There was an echo of the names of all the Vietnamese villages that were mentioned during the long war.
